1. What is the MathScience Innovation Center?

The MathScience Innovation Center is a K-12 educational consortium of Central Virginia school divisions that includes the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, King William, Powhatan, and the cities of Colonial Heights, Petersburg and Richmond. Other educational organizations also participate through special institutional memberships: the counties of Charles City and Prince George and the city of Hopewell.

2. Who develops the materials on MathInScience.info?

Staff members of the MathScience Innovation Center or educators participating in classes and programs taught at the Center develop all materials.

3. Will the site components change?

Yes! The Center has a major new website, Fractal Keys, under development. In addition, the Center is just beginning to post activities related to engineering and nanotechnology.
